Her leadership and consultative approach have positioned her as a trusted advisor, continually improving operational efficiency, patient retention, and the overall patient experience. Kefeira has successfully led performance improvement initiatives and change management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards while creating compassionate, efficient care environments. Her aim is to continue to make all processes streamlined for both the client base and the team.
